- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Support all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and process related to Business Analysis
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, Rally, Visio, Office Suite and SDLC
- Gather/validate requirements with stakeholders and the project team.
- SQL experience for data handling, validation and analysis.
- Excellent Analytical skills to understand AS IS business processes and functionalities, to achieve the TO BE based on business requirements and translating them to System Requirement Specifications (SRS) documents.
- Perform data analysis, using in-depth knowledge of databases.
- Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing process for data validation from upstream systems.
- Experienced with Agile Waterfall, Unified Modeling Language (UML) methodology is required.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a closely related field.
